Angela Missoni presented a watercolor dream for Missoni’s Spring Summer 2015 collection during Milan Fashion Week. Hair wrapped in turbans, and buns tied with scarves, the top-models walked in super light and strappy dresses that were airy and flowing. Girls going against the wind, with flowing clothes, to give an idea of summer and lightness.; Angela Missoni had an easy nonchalant approach to fashion for Summer season.
The designer focused mainly on the lace on the knitwear, which is as lightweight as possible. A rich palette characterized the collection: from rich purples to sunny yellows and vibrant reds; almost every hue seemed to be on display. Wooden sandals and menswear inspired brogues completed the feminine collection.
Missoni teamed up with the WFTO certified fair trade company SeeMe to create the lining for some of the Missoni dresses: they were all hand made by women who have been victims of violence in the slums of Ankara.
